The Palm, Deira is the third of the entirely man-made, palm tree shaped islands in Dubai, and is marked by its extraordinary size, among other distinctions.

Sultan bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman for Nakheel commented,

We have recently seen that The Palm, Deira has surfaced above sea level which means that we are beginning to see the fruits of our planning take shape. We decided that those investors around the region should have the opportunity to meet with Nakheel when investing in their properties, be they for business or leisure, hence the ensuing month long road show to those key markets that have requested our presence'.
