was a treaty between the United States and Morocco on June 28 and July 15, 1786 negotiated by Al-Tahir ibn Abdul Haq Fannis (Abdel Khak) of Morrocoo and Thomas Barclay of the United States and later ratified and signed by Sultan Sidi Mohammed III Ben Abdellah al-Qatib of Morrocco, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and George Washington.
