The Lagoons will be constructed in seven different districts, Al Dana, Al Sedaifa, Al Jiwin, Al Naama, Al Lulu, Al Hassabi and Dubai Opera House.

[edit] Al Dana
Al Dana will comprise premium apartment space, and hospitality chains. It will be connected via trams, people movers, travelators, water ferries and be connected to Dubais new Metro Transport System. It will be business hub of the city within a city, and will be host to the Dubai Towers.
[edit] Al Sedaifa
Al Sedaifa will be predominantly a retail area.
[edit] Al Jiwan
Al Jiwin construction will be based on a bazaar setting, with boutiques, shops , plazas and landscaped parks
[edit] Al Naama
Al Naama will house health clubs and spas.
[edit] Al Lulu
Al Lulu will be residential with homes that will have views of the Dubai Opera House
[edit] Al Hasabi
Al Hasabi will be mainly parklands. It ntends to house a planetarium , amphitheatre, art galleries and open markets
[edit] Opera House
The Opera House will form the seventh and final district. And will include a 6 star hotel and top quality restaurants and cafes
