Salam. Since the last time I tried to do a daily quote and it didn't work out, I think we should try it again. But, instead of updating daily, it could be updated randomly/occasionally. This could be placed where tagcloud template is right now. If you agree, I'll create a new protected template (when I have time) where any of the admins can update it whenever necessary.
