Al Amoudi, an African conglomerate focused on property and oil industry, has agreed to build a five-star Ottoman-themed hotel at Dubai's $27bn Al Balwadi development. The 600-room Ottoman Palace Hotel and Resort will join around 30 other luxury hotels planned for Al Balwadi.
