[edit] Unprotect Help pages

A good idea would be to unprotect help pages, that way users could edit them, and possibly make them better or complete them. I've been to many wiki-style websites (other than Wikipedia), and found that users were editing help pages. If these pages are unprotected, if a rule, or directions on how to edit the wiki, that are written by a user, are disagreed upon by one or more other people, then it can be discussed on the talk page.
