The worlds first fully intergrated logistics platform built in a dedicated city. Dubail Logistics City has the capacity to turnover 12 million tons of air cargo annually. It will incorporate its own Labour Village with dedicated sports and leisure facilities, restaurants, shops and service centres.

Commercial City is expected to house over 850 towers, and is expected to hold around 130,000 people. The city will also include over 25 hotels for all budgets The taller blocks will have a view of the Arabian Canal project, and will complement the luxury villas and homes being built as part of the city

To be developed in three phases, freehold land plots in Residential City will be offered to developers on the open market who will then build in accordance with masterplan guidelines. Up to 250,000 people are expected to live in Residential City and a further 20,000 will work there. To ensure this is a total community living experience, the City will provide a complete range of civic amenities and will be served by the Dubai Metro and an integrated road network.
The City will include three hotels five-star, four-star and three-star properties and a shopping mall.

Dubai World Central International Airport, the world's largest passenger and cargo hub, ten times larger than Dubai International Airport and Dubai Cargo Village combined. The airport will have an annual cargo capacity of 12 million tons, more than three times that of Memphis, today's largest cargo hub, and a passenger capacity of more than 120 million - almost 50% more than Atlanta, currently the world's busiest passenger airport

The Enterprise Park will be home to research institutes, alternative technologies, office complexes, conference venues and pavilions; as well as a medium sized Science Park with its own specialised university.
The private university will focus on science and technology and its projected 3,000 - 4,000 student population
