Al Balwadi

Bawadi a member of Tatweer has initiated a string of themed hotels to be built next to Dubailand in order to facilitate the large number of tourists that Dubai is expected to receive over the next decade. The Hotels are being built on a 139 million sq ft , and the total investment to acheive the project is AED 100 billion, of which 60 billion will be from private investors.
