Translation of the Qur`an
This is a translation of the Qur`an. Any translation of the Qur`an automatically ceases to be the literal word of Allah, and therefore cannot not be equated with the Qur`an in its original Arabic form. This is a translation of surat al-Qadr, by Abdullah Yusuf Ali. It is the 97th chapter of the Qur`an, and consists of 5 verses. For this surah's article, see al-Qadr.
Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

1 We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power:

2 And what will explain to thee what the night of power is?

3 The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.

4 Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand:

5 Peace!...This until the rise of morn!
